We visited Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital for my mother’s eye surgery. Overall, the experience was good and professional. The doctors were knowledgeable and explained the procedure clearly, which gave us confidence. The surgery went smoothly, and the post-operative care was satisfactory. The staff was generally supportive, though there was some waiting time during appointments. Overall, we are satisfied with the treatment and would recommend the hospital for eye care, especially for surgical procedures. The counsellor Vishaka Tilekar was very polite, helpful, and explained everything clearly. We had a good experience.

I had been extremely scared for the past 10 years about getting eye surgery done for power correction. But the moment I met Dr. Sayali, I knew I was in the right hands. She guided me so well throughout the entire process that I felt completely confident and comfortable. She was very supportive and cooperative, even during the post-surgery phase. I had a great experience throughout my treatment and ICL surgery. Dr. Sayali, who performed my surgery, was highly skilled, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I would also like to thank Mahesh from the insurance desk for his excellent support in coordinating with the insurer and helping with the cashless approval process. A special thanks to Vishakha for her guidance and support throughout the journey, including surgery scheduling and follow-ups.
